Admission Procedure

  • Step 1: Fill the registration form.
  • Step 2: After successful submission of the form parents will receive a call from our admission cell and they will ask for confirmation.
  • Step 3: If parents want to proceed with the registration then they will ask for registration fees.
  • Step 4: Pay the registration fee of Rs 300 (Kindergarten-VIII) or Rs 500 (IX & XI) online. (Payment information will be provided by our staff)

  • Step 5: There will be a written test for students seeking admission to classes KG upwards. After the payment of registration fees, date and time will be intimated to the parents via message and call for the written test of the child seeking admission. (The school authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of the written test)

    Note:- Please Download the syllabus for test preparation.

  • Step 6: If the child pass the test, Parents are requested to carefully fill the Admission Form submit the required documents at the time of payment of fees.
  • Step 7: After Admission formalities, Parents are to report to the reception counter for updation of their phone number with WhatsApp installed on it for school updates.
  • Step 8: New session beginning date will be informed to parents via WhatsApp. Your ward has to report in complete School Uniform, along with books and stationery as prescribed by the school. (Uniform, Books and Stationery are available in school campus and at the school book shop / uniform shop).

Documents Required

Documents required at the time of Admission (Carry it with you when visiting school)

  • A copy of the child’s birth certificate (For children seeking admission in Kindergarten)
  • Transfer Certificate/leaving certificate (original)
  • Address Proof (Aadhar Card/Passport)
  • Vaccination Card
  • 4 Passport size photographs (each of student and parent’s)
  • ID proof of Student and Parent’s
  • Students seeking admission in class XI will submit X class photostat marksheet and original transfer certificate.
  • Report card of previous class (For children seeking admission in Class I-XI)

Transfer Certificate

Withdrawal from any class must be proceeded by a clear one month’s calendar notice (30 days) of intent to withdraw in writing or a month’s fee in lieu of notice. All dues have to be cleared before a transfer certificate is issued if the child is withdrawn without prior notice. In respect of withdrawal in May the fee for June will also be charged. In case the notice period straddles two calendar months, fee for both the months will be charged.

Physical Education

  • Children are expected to participate in all Physical activities.Throughout their time at Shri Vishnu International School ,children will have experience of dance, gymnastics, athletics, indoor and outdoor games.Together, these promote the children’s physical development,an awareness and understanding of the body, the development of skills and imagination and an appreciation of creative performances.Most importantly, it is hoped that the children will gain enjoyment from physical education and pursue sporting activities in their private lives,thus promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Co-Curricular Activities

  • In order to let children exhibit their talent,varied opportunities are provided viz.Class Plays ,Recitation,Quiz,Story telling, Debates, Dramatics,Art & Craft ,Cultural shows etc.Children are also encouraged to read extensively for which the school has well equipped Library.

Educational Visits

  • Frequent visits to places of Educational, Historical, Religious, Social & Recreational importance are conducted from time to time.This interaction with the environment & places enables children to earn & understand their world in amost conducive manner.

School Transport

  • Bus service & Van is available throughout the city & adjoining areas. The School also organises Private Vans/ Autos/ Rickshaws on behalf pf parents.

Parent-Teacher Meeting

  • The School periodically organises Parent-Teacher meetings where interactions are conducted on child education and child welfare.Attendance of all the parents at such meetings is necessary.
