AND PURPOSE

ATTENDANCE :

1. Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than seven consecutive days renders the student liable to have his/her same struck off the rolls.Re-admission may be granted only on payment of fresh Admission fee provided the vacancy still exists.

2. All children are expected to attend the school on the opening day after each of the vacations.Those absent because of sickness must present a Medical Certificate before they are admitted to the classes.

3. The percentage could be relaxed on medical grounds but such students will not be eligible to receive any prizes.

4. A child returning to school after suffering an infectious or contagious disease should produced a doctor's fitness certificate.

5. The student must attain 75% attendance status of the total number of working days.

GRIEVANCE ADDRESSAL

1. For discussing any problem related to academics parents can come and meet the administrative authorities on Saturday between 12:00-2:00 p.m.

2. For obtaining any information/material from the concerned authority,parents can collect a Demand slip from the Reception and ask for the requisite.
